How great to see ANDREA!!! back over the weekend!! No One forget you! Everyone kept saying hi to you. Stay with us, its a great little group!:D

WOW JEAN What a great post yesturday, great workout, I ws inspired. So much so i had myself a rest day today! :confused::D Ha! Ha! But I was inspired and I', pumped for this week.


I am glad to hear your young bloke is feeling better and has dealt with the bullying as he feels is right, Elaine. I just hope its all over for him now (the bullying).

Was it the bent leg deadlifts in the Jari workouts that hurt your back Roxie? I hurt my back and hips the first times I did the Jari, I think it was the sideways lunging on the step and the bent legged deadlifts that hurt. I've corrected my form and have no pain now. Just sometimes in my back because I'm actually "using" it.

Right Miss Amelia. Theres nothing wrong with the Chinese Pig out with your sister, BUT no more for this week! Ha! I can talk! Ha. O.k, how about we just try to do some days eating good? And join me in my leg challenge?
Heres the challenge, to go low on the lunges and squats. But I'm challenging all of us to do this. See how low you can go and report back on the "joy" of it! Ha ha ha, evil laugh!

Andrea-your workout plan looked good yesterday! Great workouts planned! I wish i could do workouts like that agian...im trying to get it back together starting today!

Andrea-Im with ya on the leg workout challenge! I will try and go as low as I can! Im also with ya on starting to try and eat right for this whole week....thats my personal challenge,to eat great until saturday then weigh in! I had some pizza yesterday so i couldn't start yesterday:cool: I WILL say that i went with DH to a department store yeserday and I tried on a some pants and im not sure if it was just the way they were cut or there made bigger but I had to go and get a SMALLER size:eek::eek: pretty cool,huh!

Hey to Roxie and Elaine and Jean....im I missing anybody?

So,as I was telling Andrea,today is a new start for me...its monday,a fresh start to the week! Im going to make out a workout schedule for this week and I will post it later. Im also going to start posting my meals on myfitnesspal.com making sure that I stay within my calories. I was loosing weight when i was posting faithfully on there....they really kept me inline! Great website!

mon-cardio and weights +seg one of coremax
Tues-thirty minute powerwalk at work
Wed-thirty minute powerwalk at work
Thurs-off
Friday-run interval and some coremax,stretchmax
Sat-LIC
sun-off

I just wrote it on the calender so i won't forget what im doing:rolleyes::rolleyes:
 
Yea! for Mondays. Why you ask? Because it a new start to a new week. Let's wipe away the cob-webs and kick some booty this week.

Andrea, a leg challenge? You mean I actually have to do a lower body workout? Ok, Ok, quite twisting my arm, I'm in.

Amelia, you sound so positive today. Lets keep those vibes coming.

Elaine and Roxie, what are your plans for the week?

My challenge for the week, Eat well, workout each day, include a lower body workout and meet Andrea's go lower challenge. When I get home tonight I will try to map out a workout schedule for the week like several of you did and then see if I can stick with it. This morning was LIC step segment 1, followed by PUB abs and then PUB up only. If I don't do the abs first, I blow them off at the end. I'm bound and determined to learn the steps in 4DS so I will try out several different segments this week.

Good Morning,

Tonite is 4days LIS step only. My mini challenge for today is to actually do tonites workout, I have the puppy again today. Challenge for the rest of the week is to eat healthy and workout everyday.

Andrea-I do believe it is the deadlifts causing the back pain.

Amelia-your workouts look good hope you can stick with them and eat well this week.

Elaine-good luck with your workouts today.

Jean-awesome workout yesterday we are all posting our challenges.

Wow! Great to see so many already posting.

Andrea: I will take you up on the challenge. I just have to be cautious of my hip which acts up if I over do it. Yeah, I hope the bullying is done. My DS is just not agressive or confrontational, making him an easy target to get picked on. Plus he is on the smaller side for his age group.

AndreaH: So good to see you join us. I like your WO plan. That is a great way to use the cardio from the 4DS DVDS.

Amelia: I write my WOs for the month on a sheet of paper then place them on the wall of my WO area and mark my calendar what I completed for that day. It doesn't always match my plan for the month but it is close.

Jean: I like to do my abs first because I get to lie down a little longer;) and I am more apt to not blow them off.

Roxie: good luck getting your challenge in.


Okay, this morning I did GS Ch/Tri time saver and L&G floor work.
My challenge this week is of course to eat better and try to get up just 15 min. earlier.

I figure sense a couple of you posted your WOs for the week I would too.

Mon: GS Ch/tris premix & L&G floor
Tues: B&G abs and step combo from BM2
Wed: KPC and L&G premix( I'll go deeper on squats and lunges)
Thurs: B&G ball abs and Imax2(as much as I can fit in)
Fri: GS B/S/B premix and the standing ankle work from L&G
 
I know it's late, but here goes my workout plan.

Today - PUB
Tuesday - Segment 2 of LIC & Cardio Coach on the TM
Wednesday - Segment 3 of LIC & PLB with Andrea's go lower challenge
Thursday - Jog or Step
Friday - I have no idea. Maybe a total body workout like PH or ME.
Saturday is usually my rest day.

OK so this planning thing is not up my alley. When it comes to workouts I am much more a "fly by the seat of my pants" girl. Of course that is why I still have 10 lbs that is just stuck to me and never leaves. Well that and my horrible sweet tooth that keeps me in trouble (including today). Jean step away from the candy and stay away.
