Andrea: I will take you up on the challenge. I just have to be cautious of my hip which acts up if I over do it. Yeah, I hope the bullying is done. My DS is just not agressive or confrontational, making him an easy target to get picked on. Plus he is on the smaller side for his age group.
AndreaH: So good to see you join us. I like your WO plan. That is a great way to use the cardio from the 4DS DVDS.
Amelia: I write my WOs for the month on a sheet of paper then place them on the wall of my WO area and mark my calendar what I completed for that day. It doesn't always match my plan for the month but it is close.
Jean: I like to do my abs first because I get to lie down a little longer

and I am more apt to not blow them off.

Okay, this morning I did GS Ch/Tri time saver and L&G floor work.
My challenge this week is of course to eat better and try to get up just 15 min. earlier.
I figure sense a couple of you posted your WOs for the week I would too.
Mon: GS Ch/tris premix & L&G floor
Tues: B&G abs and step combo from BM2
Wed: KPC and L&G premix( I'll go deeper on squats and lunges)
Thurs: B&G ball abs and Imax2(as much as I can fit in)
Fri: GS B/S/B premix and the standing ankle work from L&G
