Hi Challengers,

i am very happy to say I am still happy!:)

I havn't reported any workouts because I havn't done any!!:confused: All week! Nothing! Its taken me until today to actually realise! I really am nutty!

Roxie - I didn't have a lot of time to fiddle around with this computer but I followed Amelia's link for the smileys and things and its very easy. I've not gone anywhere near workout manager and I don't plan to. But if I can get clued in YOU certainly can as i am the most impatient computer user in THE WORLD!!

Hi Elaine and Amelia and anyone else who has time to drop in. Any plans for the weekend? Today, I had to do the Saturday round around for the kids. Birthday parties shopping washing etc.. Not really a fun day but very busy.

I was going to put our group in the 'social group' but was stuck at how to describe us? You can find social groups if you look at the top of this page under 'quick links and look under networking...should be there! All the other checkins are listed there.....

Andrea-well,you can say that you had a recovery week all week? I had one of those a couple of weeks ago,really helped me mentally and phisically! Sounds like you had a busy day!!!!!

Hey to all that follow! The scale says im down another 1.7 but i thinks that im down more than that...the water is still in my system. The scale was saying i was down 4.2lbs since last saturdays weight on wednesday....lol does that make any sense:confused:. Regardless of how much its down,im just overjoyed thats ITS DOWN:eek:.

Today is a rest day,and its my cheat meal day,yay! Have no idea what iam eating .....believe me it will end in chocolate somthing;)

Good Morning,

Today sometime is LIC. I have alot to do today finish cleaning, packing, and wash the car. We are leaving at 4am on Sunday. Won't be doing alot of structured workouts, but will be doing alot of hiking and such. Taking an abdominal tape and tubing with me. We are staying at my bosses house in Colorado.

Andrea-I like the workout manager because I can record my goals, wt. and measurements and my workouts, but it is alittle frustrating because someone elses goals keep showing up.

Amelia-enjoy your cheat day and have a nice weekend won't be on tomarrow.

Gosh its very quiet around here. I kinda did a workout but still not really. Just a mish mash of stuff I made up to do.

Amelia- Well done on the weight loss! I just keep on swelling up and up!

Its hard to describe this check in because every single check in has someone at some point starting and weekly or monthly challenge. maybe just say that!

Today is cardio and weights and i will add some weight work in there as well. Im also walking my doggie this morning!
