Well yesterday I woke up with a terrible headache so no workout. Today I got up and did Cardio Coach V1 on the treadmill. I have eaten terribly for the past few days and really need to work on that this week.

Hello Chica,

Last night I did LIS Lower Body Blast and got a really good workout and then I did TF Stretch 10. How goes the Beachbody thing? Hope you feel better.
 
Roxie, nice job on the great workout. As for the Beachbody stuff I haven't really done anything with it yet. Haven't had the time to really start marketing the products.

This morning I did 30minutes of Intensity (part step and part low impact) then followed up with some ad work.

Last night I did MM Upper Body premix and tonite I plan on doing KCMs KBXing, 30 pushups and 200 crunches. Looks like you are doing well with your workouts.
