Hi everyone.

Goodness I had a hard time spelling Wednesday tonight! My brain has switched totally off.

More gardenMax for me today including mowing it. Whew (wipes the sweat from brow) We sure do have a lot of mowing to do!

Now , I know for sure that I am mad. I have arranged my daughter's 9th birthday party on Saturday. (Its school holidays over here so I needed to get the invitations out before school term finished) So she and I wrote out the invitations, off she went and handed them out. That was last Friday. It dawns on me TODAY! (to bleeping day) that I had not invited the children to "a birthday party" I've invited them to a "girls afternoon get together". She will be soooo disappointed. (no presents) any way, I've tried to prepare her that she may not get any gifts. I think shes happy just to have all her friends over. I just can't believe I was sooo stupid. I know its not about the presents, but its one of the good things about getting older.

Jean - Did you go up in a Balloon?

Elaine - I've got all sorts of aches and pains from age too. Getting older is a real pain! Ha Ha get it?

Roxie - $3.30 is cheap! good pick up! Well done on the lunch walk, keep it up, you'll feel soo much better.

Amelia - I've saved you for last. i want to know the gossip. Theres a few girls no longer posting on the Oal thread. One girl in particular, used to start the thread off, religiously every day, now she doesnt post there at all. Now, i find that thread hard to follow so I don't read it, but I know you post there, so whats going on? I'm the Ms "need to know" of Catheland.

Andrea, sorry to hear about the invitation slip up. Hope your DD has a good time anyway. As for a balloon ride, no. I would like to do that some day, but I would want to do it in California near where my mom lives. They fly over the rolling hills and I'm sure it is very beautiful. Here in my part of Texas it is just flat with nothing to look at. If I really plan to do that some day, I'll need to start saving my money. It is pretty expensive.

Well no workout yesterday. Worked late and watch Biggest loser instead. Today I planned on taking the dogs out for a mile and then coming home and doing Cardio Coach on the TM. Headache kicked in while out with the dogs, so I just came home and didn't get on the TM. TOM has arrived and those darn hormonal headaches. Some months are worse than others and this appears to be one of those months. I'm off to take some Advil and get ready work.

Hey girls! Im here, well kinda im still getting use to collage and boy oh boy I wonder what i got myself into..LOL! Im slowly getting a schedule together! Its only been like three days but i miss talking to you guys!

LMAO Andrea...your are just too funny! Thanks,i needed that after my frustrated couple of days now! Ive noticed alot of people not posting there too(including me) but i wish i had some gossip for ya...but I don't! The only reason i don't post there alot anymore is because of time...no particular reason. I miss my OAL buds! I don't know what happend...i must have missed it

Today is a dogwalk(to clear my mind) and because my dH is home today im gonna do a circuit...cardio and weights! I didn't get to do it yesterday so I will do it today! Yesterday I did a dogwalk and a run interval! and i had my cheat meal...Krystals yummy!

I did a KPC and L&G mix of my own today. KPC wu,1st kickpunch combo,L&G leg presses, KPC 2nd kickpunch combo, L&G back lunge with plie squats, and KPC abs and L&G stretch.

My shoulder is feeling better today.

Good Morning,

Yesterday I did LIS and today is B&G. Had a weird thing happen to me yesterday got a pressure headache at work an then when I did my workout had to stop have way through and lay down thought I was going to pass out, finished the workout then I had the shakes really bad ended up with a major headache by the time I went to bed.

Andrea-you are a funny lady I bet your dd will just be happy her friends are with her to play.

Jean-sorry to hear you have a headache this month I didn't get a bad one.

Amelia-hang in there girl it will all come together in time enjoy your workout today.

Off to see if I can pick up another jari love cheap and then go to work.
