Hi guys.

I am getting a satellite for my internet tomorrow!!! Yippeeee! We currently on dial up, and its slow, slow, s l o w. I can't wait!
Only hassel I will need to change over my email addresses but thats usually very easy.

Todays workout was my other new Jari , slim and Lean, Love the name of it! I thought it was very good. A bit like Cathes muscle endurance but I think this ones harder. The only downside to Jri is she is very "on the job" no bubble or spunk in her personality like Cathe. I think her workouts (well I'm hoping ){wishful thinking??:rolleyes:} are going to suit me. Very little down times and pushes the muscles groups hard! Lots of reps.

Today is going to be a thirty minute powerwalk and some strength training! Not sure if im doing UB or LB? I will go easy though,really listen to my body today!

Didn't get to finish DM SIL showed up to help move stuff around to make more room for the pool table. Tonite is L&G plus Turbo Jam abs.

Andrea-good job on the workout are you staying away from the pantry.

Amelia-take it easy in whatever you decide to do.

Elaine-since I asked Debbie to come up with an 08 leg rotation I decided I better do it only I have added 1 more ab day she only has 2 I like at least 3.

The weather here is cold and rainy fall is coming in early. Have a good day everyone.

Andrea: I've never tried Jari Love. I have a hard time getting use to other instructors but I keep trying. Variety is the spice of life!

Amelia: Listen to your body. I think sometimes I should listen harder to mine!:p

Roxie:I also like to do 3 abs a week. It feels like fall here too. We have so many leaves in our pool. I looked at the leg rotation and it looks good.It is similar to one I did a few years ago.

My two DS started school today. I have to get use to this new schedule. My older DS gets the bus at 06:30AM and the younger one at 08:40AM. I use to get my WO in before they woke up but with DS(14) getting up at 05:30AM I not so sure that will work.HMMM....really need to think about it.

My WO this morning was very tough for me. I am not sure if it was the way it was combined or what. I did the 4DS back & bicep premix then had a 45 min. break then did 4DS Chest,shoulders & tris premix. WOW! is all I have to say.

Okay gotta do some errands.
 
Hey girls, Im finished with my workout! I decided on cardio and weights...love that one! I didn't do the back work or pushups but it was still a great workout! felt good!

Hey there! I'm back! Still struggling along, though. Great job getting your WO in ladies!

I did LIC segments 1 and 2 + abs & stretch today. I'm trying to decide on a PLAN for the next several weeks. I was going to try to do a rotation (one of the older ones), but I'm just not feeling that interested. I think I might mix 2 oldies together by alternating weeks (just for variety :D). Thinking about alternating the one w/ LIC, BM2, B&G & DM w/ 4DS. Probably doesn't matter as long as I do something right?

Well, I'd better get moving. Much work to do as usual (and I'm doing WAY too much surfing...:p). TTYL!
