Hi ladies,:D

Todays workout was my new jari Love Ripped 1000. And i followed up with a new yoga dvd, Yoga Bliss Hips, Ana Brett adn Ravi Singh. Not sure what I think about that one. Theres omging and shunging in it (chanting) And then theres this fast panting breathing, and moving of the hips, buttocks and *** organs (his words not mine) (And, Yes, it looks like shes doing something and ITS NOT YOGA!:eek::eek:)

Glad you had a great day yesturday Roxie, I'm not really happy about being 43, but I don't feel 43. How you feel about it?

Andrea-LOL at your yoga comment! I could never get into yogo,guess im just to hyper? Great job with your workout! How did you like Jari Love's workout?

Im still debating on doing weight work? My back hasn't fully recovered yet from that back injury last week:( I wonder if doing biceps,shoulders and triceps would hurt? What do you guys think?

Bought a new scale didn't think mine was reading right and when I stepped on the new one I am down 2lbs just 9 more to go. Tonite is DM ultra cardio blast haven't done this one either.

Andrea-age to me is just a number I don't feel like I am 43 and people tell me they can't believe I am that old, but I am only 5ft. tall so that helps.

Amelia-I say give it a try if it hurts then stop, good luck.

Andrea: Your discription of the Yoga DVD is hilarious! Not sure I could relax enough with all that going on. I probably would want to leave the room to give them some privacy.:p

My mind is definitly not 43 but my aches and pains are begining to feel a little more 40ish!

Amelia: becareful..... I never realized how much of my back is used when doing SH,Bi & Tris. You use your abs and back to stablize your body. Take it slow. JMO.

Roxie: are you doing Fitnessfreaks leg blast rotation? Drillmax cardio blast is tough but fun.

This morning I did LM w/u, blasts with a 5 lb dumbbell,L&G walking lunges(1st set),deadlifts(1st set),firewalkers and stability ball abs plus the stretch. Good fun WO!

Hi everyone.

No workout this morning. I slept in to catch up from the weekend. I visited my mom and in-laws so sleeping somewhere else always throws me off. Worked out Sat and Monday which is good since I usually blow it off when I visit. Eating was awful, so I'm trying to be good today.

I loved the blushing yoga smiles. As for age being a number, I feel that is true too. I just wish my body aches didn't make me feel so old sometimes. And I hate the fact that the wrinkles around my eyes are really starting to creep in. Hope everyone is off on the right track for the week. I'm going to try to be good to make up from the weekend.
