Hello everyone. New Day, New Week, New You.

Since I seem to be faltering with the eating side so much this month, I'm going to challenge myself to better eating this week. Join me if you too have been having problems. Let's make this a great week. #1 For me this week, NO Candy!!!

This morning was Power Hour. I haven't done that one in a long time. I decided to do total body since I will be traveling towards the end of the week and didn't know what body parts I would get in. Tomorrow will be some kind of cardio.
