Hi everyone. I managed to get in 40 minutes of cardio tonight. 1/2 jogging 1/2 walking. It was real humid and the dogs couldn't take the heat so we had to walk. Although no rain today, the clouds were still hovering over us. I hope to see the sun out tomorrow.

Anybody have any special plans this mothers day weekend? DH and i are going out to eat tommorrow evening,the kids will be spending the night with my mom so we can have some time to ourselves:) I plan on getting her a real pretty wind chime and a flower basket!

Good Morning,

Tonite is Push Circuit 3 which is back and chest. I have successfully done 2 days of cardio this week. I had the new shoes on but had to change have way through my workout last nite and put my asics back on. Woke up at around 4 to a thunderstorm and its still cloudy out.

Amelia-have fun this weekend. My DD and her DH are taking my husband out to eat at Red Lobster for his birthday last week. No one has mentioned Mothers Day yet and we usually end up at MILs for mothers day, been like that for the last 24yrs.

Jean-good job on the walk it was humid here yesterday to.

This morning was STS Meso 3 wk2 shoulders, bis and tris. This workout just flys by.Finding the right weight for Trisceps is hard. The 10lbs are almost to heavy but 9lbs is almost to light. I don't know how to make my 9lbs 9.5. Oh well, next week I'll be up to 10lbs or 10.5lbs anyway.

Amelia: Have fun going out for Mother's day. I am working so no plans here.

Roxie: Maybe an insert for your shoe would help. But I think the best thing is stretches and exercises specifically for plantar facitis. JMO

Jean: Good job with the cardio!

Ds is much better today and puppy cried a lot last night so I know the med is killing those little buggers!

Thounder storm here too! around 730PM last night.I think we are getting more rain today, but we need it.

Workout done. Bi's Tri's and shoulders from disc 36. So far I worked out 5 days in a row. It's been a while since I did that. Tom weight gain has subsided which is good because it was a sweet fest this past week. Wish I could get control of those darn hormonal cravings. I guess I need to get control of the mood swings too. I said something to DH the other day about starting and he said "That explains a lot". I guess I was more bit@hy than than usual and he noticed, tee, hee. I hadn't notice. Oh well live goes on. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Jean-I can relate...i was very @itchy sunday and monday...omg,it was terrible! I was able to control my cravings though,that was a first. I think its the fact that ive increased my cals a bit. Great workout!!

Elaine-Glad to hear you DS if feeling better and you puppy too! WTG on the workout!

Roxie-We usually end up at mil's too...its funny,DH and I have been married for over 8yrs now and i still regret going over there:eek: we just don't get along to well,were civilized but OMG,she gets on my last nerve. Great job on your workouts this week!!!

After work i plan on doing a circuit of some type. I wish Cathe would come up with more intermediate type circuits;) ya know,like C&W or LIC.

What in the heck are my kids doing up at 6:30 in the morning??????:confused: There in the living room playing with there toys?

Good Morning,

Getting ready to do Burn it Off and Recharge. Tonite we are going to Red Lobster for supper, I don't like seafood or fish so I am not going to enjoy it much but the others will.

Amelia-I won't be going to my MILS tomarrow my oldest DD is going having me over for lunch. I told DH he can take something to his mother or he can go without me I am going to my DDs. My mil is an attention gettier, she lost her DH 3 years ago and basically became helpless after that.

Andrea-where are you? I have discovered with the Push Phase I need to by some 20lb wts.

Ok ladies, I just did something that was a big step out of my comfort zone, but I did it anyway. I just ran my first 5K race. I've been kind of wanting to to do one for awhile, but was too chicken. Then just this week, I went into our Sprouts grocery store and on the door it had a Kiwanis Club 5K flyer and it was gong to be at the high school just up the street. I figured it would be small and would be a good one to try. Unfortunately DH was going to be out of town and DD had something else going on. I decided to do it any way, even if I didn't have any one to go with. I don't know what my time was because I was so excited about sprinting across the finish line that I forgot to look. I think they will post the times on their web site so hopefully I can find out.

C&W done...now i can relax for the rest of the weekend! Rest day tommorrow. I will BB monday morning:)
