CHALLENGERS - MAY 2012

Good Evening Jean,

Last night I did the workout PT gave me after I warmed up on the elliptical and tonite I had a session with her and she almost made me throw up it was and awesome workout. Good luck with that program sounds like a toughie.
 
Only people who work out understand how almost throwing up can be awesome, lol. Nice workout.

This morning's workout was a leg circuit. Since this is a recovery week, the circuits involve little to no weight.

Good Morning Jean,

I went to spin class this morning and then came home and did a stretch and tonite is another session with evil PT. Good job with your circuits that is how she has me workout and we repeat the circuit 3 times.
 
Yesterday was a walk/job and treadmill sprints. I did better on the tm sprints this time, but they are killer.

today was the last circuit for the week. It was kind of a hodgepodge. Back, chest, calves, and core.

Hope you enjoyed your weekend. Mine went by too fast.

Sunday DH and I took the dog for a two mile hike. Yesterday I tried to go for a run, but I must have twisted my knee a little while on the hike. It started hurting right away so I came back home after only being out about 10 minutes.

Today's workout was a chest, leg and shoulder circuit.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I had a very busy weekend and it did go by to quickly. Yesterday I did the elliptical and tonite is a PT session. Be careful with that knee.
 
Good Evening Jean,

The PT kicked my butt good tonite we did a kind of Crossfit type workout, I had to do step ups on one of those really tall steps with 10lb wts x2 and 1 without wt., med ball situps with 15lb med ball and I tossed it to her and she threw it back to me then we did pushups with one hand on a med ball and med ball squat slams then I had to do side step ups.
