Great to see Andrea popping in and glad to hear the eatings going good!
Elaine - What do we do? Why do we do it? Eating that is! WHY WHY WHY (DELILAH)?
For that added drama to the Whys, hand to forehead, throw head back and moan the Whys.
Todays workout was Imax 2. I've actually dreaded doing this one. Not because its too hard but because I think i overused it as it was one of the first Cathe DVDs I ever owned, and I did it over and over. I dust the dust off it and do it because I'm getting very bored with the cardio workouts I do have (this was why I was going to get LOw circuit) Anyway........ (I do waffle on!)........ I actually ENJOYED it!
I Feel like having a Pina Calada or six right now!
