Hello ladies,

Very busy day for me. I didn't really get a workout in, but i figure I was on the go so much all day that was enough of a workout for me.

I have to get the children to bed, I'll try to BBL.
 
Good Afternoon Andrea! Morning everybody else!

Today will be a run interval and abb work this morning,then alot of laundry though out the day:confused:,then a dog walk this afternoon! My doggie is having anxiety attacks out there,LOL i haven't had the chance to walk her all week,poor thing!:(

Good Morning,

My workout last nite got interupted and then didn't get to finish. Youngest DD came over with her puppy right as I finished warmup she was here for 30 min., then I started again and oldest DD and SIL came over to play pool so no workout for me, I did get to do 10min of Turbo Jam abs. Tonites workout will be LM 1-4.

Andrea-sounds like you and I were in the same boat yesterday only I didn't run around.

Amelia-have fun on your walk and doing the laundry take that poor dog for a walk, congrats on the 2lb wt. loss.

I have to scoot out and get some grocery shopping done.

Roxie: It always puts me in a bad mood when I get interupted too often. DH interupted me this morning with all sorts of questions. I just told him I couldn't think right now and I am on a time constraint. He was a bit miffed, but oh well he'll get over it.:D

This morning's WO was a bit of a mish mosh. I started with Amy Bento's In the Ring, WU, combo 1 and part of combo 2. I couldn't get it so I put in KPC and did the kicking and punching drill 1 and then put in 4DS KB the arm drill thru the cool down and the abs and stretch. It took about an hour minus my DH's interuption. I was sweating up a storm!:D

Okay I really have to go.

Good morning girls!

Still struggling w/ getting up to WO so I "owe" a WO this evening. I think I'll do a 30min iClimb - I did a GREAT hill WO a couple weeks ago on the elliptical so I think that will be on the agenda. Probably yoga tomorrow as I'm sure I'll need the stretch.

Roxie and Andrea, it's tough to fit in the WO around life sometimes. But we have to keep trying. I try to remind myself that even some movement is better than none!

OK, gotta get back to work! TTYL!

I finished my workout this morning! I did a run interval then some core work!

Andrea-Im looking for a good yoga workout...what do you do? Enjoy your workout this evening!

Elaine-Great workout today...ive done that too,kinda a mixture of alot of things!

Roxie-Have fun with LM...that workout always hurts me:eek::confused: sorry your wokrout yesterday got interupted....how frustrating!
