For those of you who have it I also have the deluxe Dvd's and was wondering how could I incorporate the legs DVD into a push rotation? I know that in all the weight Dvd's work the legs so that's why I was asking.

I did the leg workout two days/week on the "off" days. I normally work legs everyday, and it hasn't been a problem. Plus while the CLX dvds have leg work in them, they tend to focus a lot more on the upperbody, and I felt I could use the extra leg work. Hope this helps!
