Try this one:
8 mile run and GS legs...the backs of my legs were on FI-YA!:eek: :eek:
I don't see how anyone can have cellulite if doing GS Legs regularly, that one is a leg burner!
Now...lets see if I can walk tomorrow!:) ;)

Sounds brutal, Lori...I don't have a treadmill though so I guess I can't run which means I guess I can't do your little leg-burner so I guess that means :p :p :p on you and :+ :+ :+ for me! LOL :7 :7 :7

Of course you are going to crap on me b/c Wendy doesn't have a treadmill and if Michele did...she wouldn't use it cause she hates cardio;) So the next time I do it...Ill do it for you two! Sound good?:+ :7

Seriously Michele? Do you really hate it??? LOL!!I LOVE cardio! I hate working legs which is of course what I'm currently working on because they need the MOST help!

GS Legs is a good one Lori! I don't even use weights and I feel it the next day! I do use tubing tho in place of the dyna bands. Hope you're able to walk tomorrow after all that!!!!

I have been feeling like crap with the flu but if I'm up to par tomorrow I think I will do it following a step workout.

I USED to hate cardio; then I discovered Cathe and lo, a cardio ho was born. :p :p

Seriously... have you tried Cathe step? an IMAX? I detest machine cardio (boring, boring, boring). Running makes me want to kill myself. But step, ah! I love it. And kickboxing is great, too.

Maybe you just need some variety. :7

Oh, and as to the original question, I think Charlotte knows how to get rid of cellulite without doing ANY cardio! vroooooommmmm :7 :7 :7

I think Michele just hates cardio...she as probably tried it all!:) Poor thing;)
I love cardio as well and was strictly cardio for yrs and in the summer monthes I run outside alot.My life wouldn't be complete without a good heart pumping workout.

That's great! I did PLB and a 4 mile run yesterday and I am very sore today. You might want to take some Advil or Aleve before going to bed. LOL!;-)

I'm impressed! Good for you!

You had a good wokrout to! Im not to sore though:eek: My inner thighs and hamstrings are a little sore but I expected that b/c I really squeezed the ball when doing inner thigh work.But no..I feel good so I won't need to pop any pills today:) well, not for that reason anyway:)
