I just noticed that the STS forum name has now changed, presumably to distinguish STS strength training from the new series:

STS (40 DVD set) Strength Training Forum

I think the preorder announcement said they would be making a new forum for the new series.

I'm very happy for you crazy intense cardio junkies!

I'm excited about the travel workout but I'll have to think long and hard about preordering this one. Cardio isn't something I enjoy doing, and I tend to stay away from the high impact stuff, so it doesn't look like there's much in this package that will suit my tastes. I'm kind of intrigued by the circuit workout but I'll need to know more about it before I order.

I agree with Miss Lee about the high impact stuff. The only part I would prob. get to use would be the MMA portions. I can't do step or drills, and have no use for the travel workout. I can put together my own band workout.

I wish Cathe would show a modifier in her videos, like P90X and many of the the other instructors do (Kimberly Spreen, Kelly C-M..)

Oh gosh, I don't want to put a damper on anyone's fun . Y'all know I hate cardio -- my cardio weenie-ness has been well documented on this forum . I'm absolutely in LOVE with STS and I know you cardio crazed fans have been waiting for a long time for Cathe to do a new cardio series. I'm really very happy for you guys and I STRONGLY encourage you to preorder! I haven't regretted my STS purchase for one minute and I preordered on the first day!
