Does anyone have an extra Cathe step. The black and gray one that they would be willing to sell?

I don't have one but you might want to check Ebay if no one here has one available. They've had a good amount steps available for auction when ever I've checked and that is where I got mine...FOR CHEAP TOO! }(

Would the blue and purple step from Cathe be could to use with work outs like Low Max/Imax work outs?
 
Hi, the club step I have is a green top with purple risers. Just make sure it measures @ 40 some inches across (so you aren't getting the small purple step) I also have the black and blue high step and I mix and match the risers between the two all the time.

Well I took the plunge and just ordered the gray and black step Cathe uses in Low Max. This working out stuff is so addicting and expensive. But SO worth it.
 
Jennie - I always compare the "expense" to a gym membership which I myself find hard to purchase because I would not work out as much and had a hard time fitting their cardio into my workweek.

So all in all for me at least, I have spent only one year's worth of gym memberships on Cathe DVD's and equipment and they will last a much longer time!;)
 
I never thought of it like that.

I wouldn't work out as much at the gym either. It's just not my thing. Combining Cathe with The Firm is the best thing I've ever done. :)
 
Plus Jennie, the step will last for years and years. Great investment...you won't be sorry! Have fun!
