Cathe's Feb rotation - Mon Feb 6

Hi Everyone!!

Phyllis I didn't want to repeat MM either, so I did MIS in it's place!
I feel very worked out!!
It was a good choice for me!:D
 
I had great intentions to start today, but I pulled my neck and shoulder pretty badly, so I did some Yoga and ab scuplting today. Going to the doc for some drugs hopefully, thank goodness for my neck brace or I would be in a corner somewhere. Hopefully I can try Lowmax tomorrow at least, abeit a 6 inch step perhaps. We shall see.
 
Hi Girls. I'm back from my weekend at the shore. Lots of damage control this week because I ate way too much while I was away! I did run 3.5 miles on Friday (and walked several hours at the boat show) and ran a little over 4 miles on Saturday.

Anyway, I started my Feb rotation today with Low Max/SJP. Today it seemed that Low Max just didn't do anything for me. I was 30 minutes into it and still hadn't gotten to target heart rate. The second half is a little more strenuous so I was able to get up to the low 120's. After doing Step Insanity on Thurs followed by running both Friday and Saturday my heart just said 'huh?' to Low Max.

Conni - I'm so sorry about your pulled muscles! I hope it heals up fast!

I think we are all going to be on different w/o days but that's okay. I actually have a horse show this weekend so DH and I will be out of town Friday through late Sat night/early Sun morning. I'm taking Friday and Saturday as rest days and starting back on the rotation on Sunday. I have it all mapped out and will finish on Thurs, March 3rd. For weeks three and four, Fridays will be my rest day.
 
Good evening all.

I started Saturday. Did Low Max & CTX All Step (step portion only) - Low Max gets MY heart rate up - no problem (burned 750 calories total both workouts).

Did MM yesterday, increased weights for lower body. Am feeling it today.

Had planned on Rythmic Step as a sub for Step Fit today, but ended up on a 7:00pm conference call. Looks like today was my rest day for the week. x(
