I did this rotation last year and am actually doing it again right now (gained a few lbs on vacationx( x( )
This rotation is very challenging at times and will absolutely increase your fitness level and cardio endurance. It's not going to build more muscle than you have now, but may uncover what's already there because you will burn many more calories. I did lose some fat while doing this rotation, and curiously seemed to continue losing weight for a few weeks after even though I had toned down the intensity with a new rotation. As always, good diet will make or break your results. That's always the sticky point
Just wanted to add that the Jan. 06 rotation was similar to this and I did that one as well--good, too.
