Hi Catherine,

You mentioned in another thread, you bought some disc in Wal Mart instead of using paper plates? I tried the paper plates this week on carpet, that didn't work! I ran in my kitchen to do the paper plates excerises! DH is going back to the states on Saturday( I always give him a list of stuff I need), I remember reading you bought some disc from Wal Mart? Do they work on carpet? What are they called?

Hey Belinda!! I had to get them and check to see if they work on carpet and they almost work too good lol. I had to really focus to stop sliding. They are called "Super Sliders" by Waxman. I found them in the hardware dept. They are 9 1/2 x5 3/8 inches.

ETA: Mine came with 4 all the same size. There is a "variety" pack that I don't think has the larger ones in it. Make sure your DH doesn't get that one
