Tomorrow's 9:15am Cathelive class will be Upper Body Sculpting which will consist of a solid & thorough upper body weight workout designed to shape and define all areas of the upper body.

Equipment needed:

A full-size step with three risers underneath (to act as a weight bench only)

Various weighted dumbbells ranging from 5 to 25 pounds.

Resistance tubing with handles (medium tension)

A mat

Lifting gloves are optional

See you tomorrow morning. Don't forget we will also be filming my senior fitness class at 10:45am tomorrow. This is an excellent work out for all seniors at any fitness level. My class participants average age is 82. However the age range is from 65 years old to 92 years old in most of my classes. Depending on the type of workout and day we hold this class it ranges from 35 to 65 participants... These wonderfully fit seniors inspire me every day!!!!

The equipment used in my senior fitness class will be a chair, a playground ball, a light set of handweights and resistance tubing with handles. Let's have some fun!
