Cathe Time

Hey everyone! Hope you all are enjoying your Cathe workouts...I know I certainly am. I CANNOT wait until the new workouts come out. I am SOOOO excited to see what she has lined up for us. }( Just a quick question, for curiousity sake. How long do you wok out with Cathe per day and/or per week. I get in about 2-2 1/2 hours with her per day and right now (since I am not using my gym that much [1-2 day])I am getting about 5 days in. I am on my second week of doing Cathe 5 times and gym one time. And, just from this amount of time I can definately see changes in my ability to "endure" more pain...like all the jumping, pumping, skipping, jabbing, and hopping!! Anyways, just wanted to know what other Cathe fans do. Ok, talk to you all later.

i workout to cathe 5-6 days a week for about 1.5 hrs each time. i do both her weight and cardio workouts. i never get bored with her workouts since i have so many of them:p
 
If I do a DVD of hers, then I workout for an hour. If I do a fitTV workout of hers, it's of course, the hour plus commercials so I count it as a 40-minute workout. You guys are devoted! 2 hours??? I usually do a Cathe workout 6 days a week and am trying to incorporate an hour of yoga on my rest day.
 
I can get two hours in on a weekend day but by the time I get done with work, cook dinner and do the dishes and all the other stuff I need to do I can get in an hour, perhaps one and half hours...
