Thursdays Live class on June 26 at 9:15am will be High Intensity Cardio Step. There will be very little step
choreography (most of it will be in the warm up) as most of the workout will be step type drills.
We will not be weight training in this workout, however a light set of 5lb weights will be used at times to support the cardio benefit of the workout. See you tomorrow at 9:15am.
Equipment needed is a full sized step that has two risers under each side and a set of 5 pound handweights.
No mat is required!
