Cathe is the Best, I've tried the rest, most recently...

And, I have been quite bored. The one thing I LOVE about Cathe's workouts is that I actually get warmed up in the warm up. I've been doing the "old school" workouts of my VHS collection like the first Jane Fonda step workout, which is more aerobics than step; Gin Miller in Reebok AeroStep, Simply Step, CherFitness. I love Aerostep but the intensity is not like Cathe. My final outing will be Simply Interval with Gin Miller, it compares to Reebok Intense Moves.
Going back to the old ones makes me appreciate Cathe and my new DVD collection of her workouts.

Ditto JT! I am actually considering getting rid of my old videos for the same reason. :) Happy workout!

It's unfair to compare Cathe's current workouts with workouts that are over 15 years old (Jane Fonda!), or workouts that are designed for beginners, like "Simply Step". They don't fairly represent 'the rest,' IMO.

If you are looking for intensity, go with something like Amy Bento or Kelly Coffey-Meyer's step-boxing workouts.

Hello Kathryn,

I cam considering Amy Bento, but some of her moves would take time to get. Simply Step is considered to be an inter/adbanced workout, Everybody Steps is the beginner version.

It's just going through what I is advanced compared to Cathe's advanced. Oh well, we all have our own opinons.

Have a Great Night.
