cathe in meso 3

so i've been doing turbulence training for 5 weeks and i'm bored and starting to miss cathe. so i pulled out meso 3 which i haven't even previewed yet and was blown away by how beautiful cathe looks in it! Her figure is amazing and by no means is bulky lifting those heavy weights. So i was thinking of doing 4 weeks of meso 3 either like it is or creating it inot a full body workout 3 days per week by selecting one exercise per body part. anyways, just wanted to point out her feminine muscular physique incase others haven't checked out this meso cycle.
 
I would be careful jumping in to really heavy weights. I did a full round of STS, and then did some other things for a while, and then did I guess it was her Aug. rotation which was sort of undulating, I guess. Week by week she went heavier, but I somehow missed a week because I was on vacation or something, and foolishly jumped into the meso 3 week and injured myself. I am just now getting back to regular weight workouts, but still with some modifications and some things skipped altogether. Huge bummer. YMMV, obviously....... (by the way, I'm a pretty seasoned exerciser, so it's not as though I was a "beginner" attempting this, which I know Cathe does not recommend).
