Cathe floor aerobics???

Hello!

Can anyone help me here - I was watching "Step, Jump, Pump" on Fit TV this past weekend, and I loved it when Cathe was doing floor aerobics without the step.

Do any of her other DVD's have this??? I would love to just do floor aerobics some days without doing the step.

You can do the first part of Max Int Cardio. Cardio Kicks, Kick, Punch and Crunch and Kick Max are more kick boxing, but they are great as well. Also, some of the CTX short cardios have floor aerobics as part of them. Bootcamp has a short cardio premix that doesn't use equipment and is a great add on to cardio work.

I have to watch how much step work & high step work I do because my thighs get very muscular very easy with step work.

So... my favorite Cathes are:

Butts & Guts-this does use the smaller step some but in different ways (one leg squats) so doesn't hit the thigh

Drill Max- This is my FAV-love, love, love this workout. She does use the step in this a little but only for a few cardio drills. This does require more space than most of her workouts but if you have the room I highly recommend this.

Kick Max

CTX - there is a kickbox w/o and 10-10-10 has high/low workout, kickbox, and step but I'll do the high/low & kickbox part as an add on cardio.
