Hello, everyone! I am new to Cathe and have recently started doing her FIT TV workouts...WOW! She is awesome! I have been doing FIRM workouts for almost 2 years and am ready to progress in itensity. I have never done much step, but am interested in starting. Which DVD's are good to start with? I consider myself to be a relatively coordinated person, but I guess we'll see! Also, I live on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house, so I kind of need to keep it low(ish) impact. I've done KPC with no complaints from the neighbors (so far)and I'd like to keep things civil! Thanks!

Hi! Cathe has a newer DVD for beginniers. It's called Basic Step and Body Fusion. The Basic Step is fairly simple and easier to learn than some of her other routines. The Body Fusion also has step segments that are a bit more challenging. Once you master this one, you can move on to Low Impact Step which is also a little newer. I think Cathe has posted a recommended beginner rotation on the DVD Question forum. Welcome to Cathe workouts (they are awesome) and have a great time!!

Welcome to Cathe!! You could try Cathe's new beg/Int Low impact step+body sculpting dvd? I do not own it but if it is Cathe it is good :) You can start there then next you will be onto the next and next. Cathe is more than a workout it becomes an obsession once you start to see the results that her workouts can deliver!

If you can do KPC, I saw try Low Max - it's low impact but a great workout! That should be no more jumping than KPC.

For something to try when they're out of the house - IMax 2 - it has the same fun factor as KPC, and it's one of my favorites.
