Cathe and fit tv?

Is Cathe still on fit tv? I haven't seen her on the schedule. She was always on at 10:00am and 6:00pm. Have I missed something?

I saw her program last evening at 7 p.m. I live on the east coast. I believe it was Lower Body Pyramid.

Cathe used to be on at 7am, 11am and 7pm (I live in Michgan) M - F, and 7 am and 11 am on the weekends. They changed their schedule on December 28, now she is on noon and 7pm M - F and not on the weekends.

Although I do like that they added new shows like Exhale I don't like that they switched her time slot.
