In your latest newsletter (Thanks!), you mention "Most people place too much emphasis on the muscles they see in the mirror and don’t focus enough on the muscles in the back."
Inspired by this, I would like to ask that you please consider creating a Posterior Chain Strength (& perhaps add on some Release?) session for us? I know I could certainly benefit from this.

And while I am here and asking for things ;), I'd appreciate a 20 minute..ish recovery workout. It probably doesn't fit the timing or format of your LIVES, so I understand if it isn't doable, but hey! thought why not ask anyway.
