The other day I did Body Max 2 in its entirety, omitting a few lunges and modifying the impact here and there. I had a great workout! I think it's what I needed to get things moving on the scale and just for my motivation in general.
What other kick-butt premixes are out there that arent too high impact or that can be modified? I'm not too picky about whether they're just cardio or circuits Thanks!
