Sandra, I know what you mean about CC inspiring you to complete a workout, and my cardio endurance has improved so much since I started doing these workouts. I LOVE them!
Lorie, oh boy, they're all good! I've been alternating between Vols 3 and 4 lately. The first challenge in Vol 3 is 6 level three sprints that will kick your butt, and the final challenge in Vol 4 is four level 4 sprints -- WOO HOO! I like vol 2 when I'm short on time and I need to squeeze in a cardio workout. I have both the original and the revised versions and I alternate between them. I haven't used vol 6 in awhile but I love both of them, too. I know, I wasn't much help -- I love them all.
Judy, it's so wonderful to "see" you! I've missed you around here. Thanks for your kind words. How long will you have your exchange student? We plan to do the PP workout routinely on the last Saturday of the month so hopefully you can join us the next time!
Tammy, I've been missing you, too. Thanks for your PP support. I saw your post on the CC forums

and it made me

. It's kind of amazing to me that CC workouts are so popular and yet the forum over there is dead. Oh hey, I might try the orthotics Judy mentioned, too. I really need a new pair.
This will be my PP make up day -- lol! I'm not exactly sure when I'll get to it but I intend to do it before the sun sets. Like I said, we had a bit of drama yesterday and had to avert a crisis at my MIL & FIL's house (my very dear autistic nephew is staying with them and was having a bit of a meltdown which they couldn't handle). We spent the rest of the day there and didn't get home until almost 1 AM

. I just got up and we're planning to go our for some brunch. So send me your PP love -- I need it today
