Cardio Camp

Cardio Camp requires no equipment whatsover. It is a nice mix of hi/lo and kickbox cardio followed by non-weighted leg drills. I really enjoy this workout when I want to get my heart rate up and work hard but not a total killer workout. Kimberly Spreen is a very good instructor. My favorite workout is Absolute Kickboxing!

That's what I was hoping for. I love no equipment workouts. I'm a little under the weather so "not a total killer workout" is perfect for me. I plan on getting Absolute Kickboxing too but I have to cut back because I've been buying way too many workouts lately.
