Can't upload my profile photo!!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I want to put a photo of Cathe with my son at the SD RT... both have such cute smiles!!! So, I want this one as my profile picture- it's only 41KB but it keeps failing! Any help, please!!!!
