Hello,
I just purchased Ripped 1000 and think it is great. What I love about this video is that it is super-challenging and that it involves both weights and interval bursts. I doubt I am burning anywhere near 1000 calories, but I do think I am burning a lot. I also love the fact that the choreography is very easy to follow. That is critical to me, someone with 2 left feet. Any recommendations for other videos like this, either from Cathe or some other instructor? I want to sweat and tone - and I want the workout to be an advanced one.
