Can YOU do this??

LOL I know! At first it didn't look so hard but then when they slowed down the video to show what the guy was actually doing my jaw hit the floor!

I actually got into plank position and thought about how in the world I could possibly accomplish it....Needless to say I didn't get past the plank hold. :p

Oh sure, I did those this morning as part of my warmup...

....(wait for it)...

NOT!!!! ;)

Holy crap, that looks hard!!! And I second what Jacque said - let's hope this doesn't give Cathe any crazy ideas! :p

Nah...just kidding!:p

It actually doesn't look that undoable.

Now, I'm not saying *I* could do it, but there's a fair amount of momentum going on, which would make it easier than trying to do, say, a hand stand.

That's nothing. I'm in NY and was in the subway watching some street dancers. This guy was basically doing those, but much slower, then also one leg at a time, to the beat of the music and his legs NEVER touched the ground. He held his body in an elevated plank the whole time. Then pulled both legs in and pushed up to a handstand - then in that position he started doing push-ups!! It was insane. Did I mention he was on concrete, not carpeting? I've never seen anything like that outside of high-level gymnastics. Actually, very similar to that second video posted. Needless to say, the guy was seriously ripped, but lean. Very impressive.

*ahem* Okay, I just tried those half-burpee things in Wendy's original post.... and I could do about four. And I'm in my pjs and robe:p
