calories?

I forget how to figure out how many calories you should eat to lose wt. I am 5'2 1/2, am currently at 133 lbs I would like to lose and get down to 125 lbs but forgot how to figure how many calories to eat in order to lose. I exercise 5 days a week for at least an hr. Mostly cardio lately but wts 2x week , I try to get in 1 day a week of heavy wts but lately havent had the time. I was doing very well before doing more wt training but got off track with it.
 
I don't remember how to do it myself, but I've been using myfitnesspal.com. It calculates your calories to maintain your weight, lose a pound a week, half pound a week...I find it to be a really great tool!

You just put in all of your information and go from there.
 
I thought it was 10 calories per pound of body weight you want to be at (but that's not taking into account exercise). At least that's what has traditionally been recommended.
