Morning Girls!
I decided to give poor Cathy and break and start the thread this morning.
I am not 100% sure of what my work out will be for today but I am leaning torwards tackling B&G again. I do not have a long run this weekend according to my training schedule so if I am limping for 3 days it's OKAY.
Cathy: 16 weeks of leg killing work outs? YEOWZAS!!! Have fun! }( You are a beatiful person inside and out. Stop being so self conscious about how we (other Catheites, the Cheetahs, etc) view you. We see you for what you are and any weight you may or may not want to lose make no difference to us. I totally understand your wanting to get in better shape, trust me. I understand completely! Just know that even if you never dropped another pound, it wouldn't matter to us one stinkin' bit!:+
