My chest and tri's are DOM'ing today. A little in my back too from the pullups I did the other day! I need to those darn pullups consistently, they really work for me. I wish they weren't so hard though.
Bootcamp class was pretty fun, tough but fun. The trainer put 12 discs, 4 blue, 4 white and 4 yellow all around in the soccer field with a note of to do at that station. We all had to run to a disc an do whatever the note said. Then we had to run approx 50 yards, up a hill at the end of the 50 yards and then run back down to another disc etc. The exercises were 25 pushups, 25 jacks, 25 mountain climbers, 25 squat thrusts, 25 yard dash, side planks to each side while saying the alphabet, 25 dips, 25 curb runs etc. This after 5 hill runs, 25 lunges each leg, 25 squats with a knee lift, planks> 4 hill runs 20 lunges each leg, 20 squats with knee lift> then on to 3 hill runs etc. We finished off with more ab work and a nice stretch.
This morning I'm doing shoulders & biceps, either from 4DS or GS. At lunch I'm going to try to hit the butts & guts class at the rec ctr.
The kids are leaving tonight to head back to Oregon. I'm going to miss my grandbaby girls so much. I wish they could stay

It will be so quiet here without them.
Wendy-Nice job getting Bi's & Tri's in yesterday. Your heading on vacation and shouldn't have to worry about whether to squeeze in a workout or not. I hope and the family have a great time on vacation!
Angie-Your post last night made me laugh. My DH is a last minute shopper too and gets what I call "crap from Kmart". I don't need any more spatulas, candles, socks, gloves, etc. I tell him exactly what I want and he's getting a little better. We have a new toll road that gets me to the airport in about 20minutes! My flight leaves at 7am so I need to be at the airport by 5:30am.
Laura-When is your fishing trip? Is it this weekend? I hope you catch lots of fish. Happy Anniversay!!!
