Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share some pointers regarding this exercise.

It's really an important building move for legs. As explained you can execute for glute and quads or use the slight-hinging-forward option to focus on glute or not. Also the length of the stride makes a difference to anyone willing to build glute without developing quads. I hear you my fellow gender ☺️☺️ I know those whispers...

The traditional dumbbell hold can be modified by holding the weight in a goblet style. Barbell is another option, an advanced++

This exercise is for anyone not limited by physical issue. Bare in mind it's not a beginner move either. HTH
