Building lean mass - Steady pace v Hiit plus adequate Nutrition

Hi Everyone,

I strongly believe nutrition play a vital role in both the shape and the level of fitness we want to gain.

I came across a previous article from cathe's blog which I found very useful for us who love lifting and are willing to build lean mass through adequate nutrition and smart choice of training method.

Hiit again has been highlighted as the best cardio choice versus steady.

Some are reluctant to consume anything containing soy. I really would like to get to the bottom of this fierce reluctance :confused::eek:

I think for us who want to build * more *lean mass and add definition in the process, this article is food for thoughts;);)
