Buff Badgers Week of Oct. 1st

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Wanted to pop in real quick to say TGIF!! This morning I finished STS Meso 2 with Back and Biceps. Had a hard time this morning. Strength was definitely lacking. :(

HI Ladies! Today was 1 hour of pilates. I do look forward to these workouts! I feel so stretched and good afterwards! Saturday I plan to wake up and go for a 5 mile run. It's supposed to be cold (32)! I have not ran in that cold of temps since last winter! Sunday will be.... haven't decided yet!:D

Sam, I agree I do like alternating higher intensity with less intensity. It only takes about 2 weeks of doing pilates about 2-3 times a week to really notice a change. I really like the ab work too! It's really helped my tummy stay flat.

Laurie, It's our homecoming weekend as well! Hope your DD has fun!

Brenda, yes, I did sleep better. It's already getting hard to get out of the nice warm bed in the morning!
