Good Morning!

Quick run down of the last few days. Saturday I did attempt the leg workout in Meso1. I backed off the weight big time since I knew it was going to feel it regardless. Glad that I did. DOMS kicked in yesterday. Still a little sore today but better. Sunday was my rest day but I cleaned my house and worked on cleaning a flower bed for a friend. Monday morning I woke up and was so exhausted. I could not keep my eyes open. There was no way a workout was happening so I crawled back into bed. Went to bed early last night and got more sleep. As tired as I was, I woke up almost every hour last night. Thankfully I fell back asleep right away but gosh darn it, it would have been nice to sleep through the majority of the night. Definitely didn't as exhausted this morning. Today was Meso1 Disc 7 (I think) chest, shoulders, and bi's. She killed me again with all those push ups. We did two sets of 8 of the 1.5's and then 30 normal push-ups. Well... I managed to get 15 done on my toes and then I went down to my knees. Towards the end of the workout, I did manage to do all the drop sets on my toes. Got tough on the last few reps.

No 1.5 pushups for me. They are a killer. I normally regular pushups.

My brother and SIL came to visit from Tennessee this weekend. He was in the area for work and stayed a few extra days with us.

I have noticed the last few months TTOM wipes me out more than usual. Not sure if it is age or what. Got in To the Max on Saturday and Meso 1 today. I should be finished but I am not. I may repeat parts.
 
Hi Hearty!

This morning I did CC7, had to skip the last challenge since I was running short on time and needed time to stretch. Chest, shoulders, and bi's are talking to me today. It's all good.

Today is 6 months since I had my hip surgery and all restrictions are lifted. I can start introducing impact back into my workouts... YEAH!!

It'll be nice to be able to start doing some of the other workouts I loved so much. I like CrossFire and TTM but its' been forever since I've done those workouts.

Elliptical cardio for me today.

I am sure you are eager to slowly get back to the workouts you love so much.

The weather has been gorgeous the last few days.
 
Today was Meso 1 Disc 8 for Back and triceps. Had pretty good strength.

Today we're supposed to get into the upper 70's low 80's and I'm looking forward to it. Will have to try and get outside for lunch or something. I always freeze at work. Tomorrow the temp is still supposed to be fairly nice and then the weekend dips down some and then Monday back in the 70's.

Legs day for me. Tomorrow we have a college tour for DS17....i hope I don't regret it was a legs day LOL.

Today I did Hardstrikes with the 3 tabatas and some ab work. It was so nice doing something different. It went well and felt good. This was the first time I did this workout with boxing gloves. Definitely makes it harder. Hands get pretty sweaty. I took them off for the last tabata though.
