Saturday I did the last leg workout in Meso 1. Plus I had my Saturday morning class. I pretty much had two workouts on Saturday. It was a very busy weekend. It was all work and no play.

Monday morning I didn't work out since I had my class kickboxing class Monday so that was my workout as well. This morning I started Mesocycle 2 of STS. Decided not to take a week off. This morning was chest, shoulders, and triceps. Had really good strength. I was kind of surprised after having the kickboxing last night. Another new person signed up for my kickboxing class so I'm up to 5 people. I was bummed on Saturday on one person showed out of the two people I have in that class. I hope I didn't scare her away.

Enjoy the rest of your day!

Kudos to more people signing up for class. The news of something good is spreading.

I took off Monday too. Elliptical cardio yesterday and Xtrain Burnsets today.

This morning I did Athletic Step. First time I did step with impact. The hip did good. Its amazing how much of a difference doing something with impact has on your muscles. I was thinking about doing the elliptical but really wanted to try some step and I thought Athletic Step was a safer one to try for starters to see how it goes and it went well.

I love XTrain Burnsets.

Have a great day!

Good Morning!
This morning I did Meso 2 out of order and did Back and bi's today. I kind of like having Saturday be my leg day. Bi's felt nice and strong. Back felt strong with the one arm rows. I've been having a hard time with the bent over rows and deadlifts. I think I need to maybe do more supermans to work on my low back strength.

Friday is almost here. The weeks have been feeling long lately. Probably because they've been very stressful.

Enjoy your day!

Yeah!! It's finally Friday and we have a 3 day weekend. The weeks have felt so long lately. Not sure what is up with that.

This morning I did 4 challenges from Cardio Coach Press Play. Had an awesome sweat fest. :) I do have to say though I do get a little sad when I do CCPP and listen to Coach Sean talk about "choose living".

Have a great Memorial Day weekend!!
