Buff Badgers Week of July 6th

Good Morning!
I was off of work all last week. I think this is what I did.
Monday - Kbx class
Tuesday - XTrain - Chest, Back, shoulders
Weds - HiiT 30/30 & RWH LI HiiT
Thurs - XTrain - Bi's & Tri's
Fri - CCPP
Sat - Lean Legs & Abs and my Saturday class
Sun - Rest day
Monday - Kbx class
Tues (7/6) - RWH Chest, Shoulders, Tri's - man this one gets me every time.

My week off, I mainly worked on getting stuff done around the house & yard. Got everything done, plus more, that I wanted to so it was all good.

quick check in.. no workout yesterday.. felt like I got hit by a truck. This morning felt much better. Did RWH Back, Delts, and Bi's. Had a pretty good workout.

Happy Friday!
Today was XTrain All Out LI HiiT and then at the end I added my own HIT exercises to give me a longer workout.

Have massages tomorrow for my Birthday... so looking forward to it.
