Buff Badgers Week of Feb 23rd

Good Afternoon!

Quick run down of the weekend. Saturday was Athletic Training. Sunday was some stretching. Today I did RWH both low impact workouts. Have a feeling I will feel that in my legs and glutes tomorrow. Those workouts always get me.

Good Afternoon!

Today was RWP Lift It Hit It Chest, Shoulders, Tri's and abs. I finally felt like I did better on this workout. My quads and glutes don't hurts as much as they always did after I got done with the Low Impact in RWH.

I'm not giving up on Buff Badgers. Hopefully one of these days someone will join me. :)
Today I did Cardio Coach 8. Forget he had those two longer challenges in there. Had a great workout. Was a sweaty mess by the time I was done. Have some DOMS going on from yesterdays workout but not as bad as what it normally is.

Today was Lift It Hit It Back, Delts, and bi's and abs except the planks. Had a really good workout. Another good strength day.

This morning I did Low Impact Intervals to my own music.

Looking forward to tomorrow. Massages at 11am. Meeting DH's sister & DH at Blue Harbor in Sheboygan staying the night, going out to dinner at a very good restaurant. Heading home Sunday AM. Looking forward to the one night getaway since that is all I can do, due to my dear diabetic cat Bandit.
