Buff Badgers Week of 2/2

Happy Monday!

Saturday I did Athletic Training which I did better at then the first time I did after getting back into my workouts. Sunday was my rest day. This morning I did 43 min. of Cardio Coach Press Play and then did my hip exercises and stretched.

Saturday morning I went to Women's Health & Happiness expo. It was pretty good. Got free samples of stuff and signed up for a bunch of things to win. It was a good expo.

Good Morning!
I wanted to drop in this morning because I have a busy day and I know I won't be able to get to do it later.

This morning I did Burn Sets Chest, Back, and Shoulders and part of the abs. Stretched out my hip. I had really good strength this morning.

I'm not giving up on the Buff Badgers even if I have to be in this party by myself. ;)

Another crazy day ahead of me.

This morning was CCPP for 43 min, hip exercises, and stretching.

DH heads out today with friends to go snowmobiling. Will be back on Sunday. I was supposed to be on this trip with him but since our diabetic cat won't let anyone but me give him a shot, I can't go. My cat is my child so I've been making the sacrifice of not getting to go anywhere for almost 5 years. I'll miss him while he's gone but in the same token, I'll enjoy my "me" time.
 
Hi!

This morning was Burn Sets Bi's & Tri's followed by abs. Had good strength again today. Feeling strong... tired but strong. :)

DH arrived safely to his destination.
