Morning BB's,
Today will be Yoga X. Don't have anything planned for this evening, just picking DD14 up from the school. She has another race today, but it isn't a hot day so I'm not to worried about her.
Karen, The DVD player in my workout room played the DVD-R just fine. And I only have one other DVD player, and I will never use it on that one. I had to LOL at your DH's b'day present to you. I like that he thinks DOMS are a present. What is MFH and Wave, you will have to give me a link.

I'm always up for new things. You got some great gifts. I'm no help on the dowloading thing.
Susan, You want to come and mow our grass? It is so thick that DH is having a hard time cutting it.

He hasn't been home all week, and DD14 won't do it because the mower gets all clogged up. Thanks for the info on the dog, maybe I better rethink the time I want to do the walks. Then I won't be awake at 5am in the morning on Saturdays.
Sue, Hope your kids avoid the strep thing, escpecially right before school starts. x( Not fun to have sick children during a 3 day weekend.
The Gabby Reece DVD is probably not something that I would recommend if you like good production quality. It had some points, and I think it was because of the background, where she looked like she was going though reeds of bamboo. (Bamboo was in the background) Otherwise I did get a good workout and could go heavy. I thought some exercises she went a little too fast, and she only used one set of dumbbells. Overall I will keep the workout, because it did do the job that I wanted it to do. I have DOMS, and I know I can go heavier on the biceps. I used 15# and I know I can go to 20#. I can also go heavier on the triceps. I was using 10#, and I'm thinking of going to 12#. I like Gabby as an instructor, so I'm hoping that she gets better. And that they stop the DVD-R.
All of you have a great weekend,
Laurie
