Morning BB's,
Todays workout will be a 3m run (hopefully outside) and some type of yoga. Baseball game yesterday was a bummer, since they lost! I left in the 8th inning, to avoid the traffic. I went and purchased a set of 25# db's. Will get a set of 30# tonight or tomorrow.
Karen, I have noticed that my legs are looking much better. I seem to hold my weight in my legs and stomach the most. I am seeing cuts in my legs that where not there the whole time I was doing P90X. So I figure that running is just the type of cardio that works for my body. I actually like seeing that I do have a calf muscle, and not just a long strech of leg from the knee to ankle. :7 :7 :7
Sue, Glad to hear that the ankle is feeling better. You have been working out hard, just look at what you where doing when you hurt your ankle! ;-) Don't know that I am able to do XMA!!!
Or even attempting a flying somersault!!
Susan, My TM tells me how many miles I have logged on it when I finish with my run. Almost 1000 miles for me since I got the dang thing.
Have a great time riding your bike, hope the weather cooperates for you this weekend. Did I hear right! We are suppose to get some snow! x(
DD15 has a track meet tonight, and on Sunday we have at b'day part to do to a the pizza place with the big mouse!!! He who's name I shall not utter. :7 :7 :7
