Karen - I get down sometimes, too and don't feel like doing anything. Actually, I probably get down more often than I care ot admit. Little things stress me out and leave me feeling helpless and overwhelmed. Talking to friends or family helps - as long as it's someone with a positive attitude. That's one of the things I like about going to Dojo. They're so positive there and they teach a little life lesson for kids at the beginning of class and it just makes you pause and reflect. Anyway, I hope you're feeling better soon. Just wanted to tell you I can relate - as most of us probably can. To answer your question, we go to Dojo 2 times a week. Classes are only supposed to be 30 minutes but more often than not they go 45.
Laurie - I sometimes throw one of the cats on the bed to wakeup DH but it doesn't have quite the same effect with a 10 or 13 pound cat vs. a German Shepherd. ;-)
Susan - Wow! That's quite a workout you have planned for today. Don't think I'd be able to move tomorrow if I tried that.
Marie - Yeah, too bad you didn't checkin sooner but I got such a such a good deal on BBC that I can't complain. Belly dancing sounds interesting and a lot less painful than jamming your toes at the Dojo. (Hey, that kind of rhymes.) Good news that your PT might be able to help your neck problems.
Did GS-CT Timesaver this morning. Dojo tonight. I've been practicing my roundhouse so hopefully no jammed toes tonight.;-)
Even though I'm not a big sports, GO PACKERS!
