Ellen - I can relate. . . coming down with a cold myself. I tailored back to just a multi-vitamin a day because my doctor wants to see if all the vitamins I take is causing my problem and now voila I get a cold right away. Great job on your run! Did you run indoors or outdoors? The weather wasn't the greatest over the weekend so kudos to you if you braved the weather.
Laurie - Congrats on being an aunt again! I've moved on the great aunt stage now that we're all getting older and none of my brothers and sisters are having kids anymore. It's still fun to have a new baby around - especially when you get to hand them off to someone else! ;-)
Susan - That rotation sounds like an interesting one. I'm going to give it a look-see. Kind of doing my own thing this week.
Was supposed to workout on Saturday but just didn't "feel like it". Ate horrible, too. Had leftover birthday cake and Taco Bell. Sunday was better. I did a premix of Step and Hi/Lo from SJP and SB. Fell asleep during Ice Age 2 though. The movie wasn't that bad I was just tired and I'm fighting a cold. Today I managed to drag myself out of bed and do Power Hour. After all the heavy lifting I've been doing lately, it was a nice change of pace.
BTW, did you guys know kids can buy 34 inches of flavored sugar at Skateland? Gross! They fill up a long tube with different colors/flavors of sugar - like pixie sticks but much, much larger. Before I knew what they were doing, several kids at DS' birthday party did this. This is something new since the last time we were there and it's hard to watch 9 year old boys at all times - especially when they don't sit still for more than a minute. After the soda, ice cream and birthday cake on top of it, I'm sure their parents just loved us.

Ah, well - we survived. Hope they brushed their teeth. . .
Ciao!
Sue
