Quick break. Sue, I would love the recipe for cinnamon bread. I do have one bread machine. You have three!:eek: Good job getting in some workout. Hope things work out and you are not running around to crazy this weekend.

Laurie, those applications are fun aren't they. Glad things are moving along in that area. Do you like that yoga workout? That one I can find and it is in my price range.

Lala, glad you are feeling a bit better with the ice. I agree with Sue, no house work for you.;) I am not doing well getting up early. I'd rather not exercise.

heartymax, hope you and your family are feeling better today.

Susan, nice job adding sprints to your running, it must be getting easier for you. You were in such good shape to start with to be able to just go run 2 miles like that. Thanks for the idea for the bread. Yum! Take it easy on your single running around days.

HI ladies! Today is my rest/recovery day. Saturday I will be running 5 miles and then I am at my sons basketball tourney from 8:30 to 3pm. :confused: I have to work at it too! Sunday is teaching Sunday school and hopefully getting a bit of yard work done. My front tree still has not dropped its leaves but I am cleaning up the bit it has!

Karen, I have attached the bread recipe. I hope I did it right. Sometimes I am not as computer savvy as I think!:cool:
