Breakdown for CTX upper body

Can anyone give me this info? I have the six CTX tapes, but I'm not sure how to do the UB exercises together to get the same effect as the UB premix (I have the VHS versions). Are they done once through or more? What order and what warm up is used?

I use this all the time. First of all there is no warmup or cool down although she stretches during the exercises. Each section lasts about 10 minutes and the sections are: Back, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, and Biceps. You can do one section or all five. It's a great upper body
workout. I have the DVDs so I can move between sections easily.

And to add on to the above information, each section is done exactly as presented in the original workout. Nothing is skipped or added on or switched around in the premix version. It is just each strength section from the original tapes strung together. Nothing fancy :)
